Game keeps crashing
Games keeps crashing as soon as the ea sign comes.I tried reinstalling, removing cache , restarting phone but nothing worked. The app and phone os are up to date.Pls help

I installed the NBA Live game on my phone a Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra. This phone is running One UI version 5.1 Android version 13. I have tried everything online. That includes uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing the data and the cache, re-starting my phone, etc. and the game is not opening. I would click on the app the app would open for 1 second showing the EA and then returns me back to my home screen.
@jonben3215 I totally agree with you and I have a Galaxy S20+ 5G.
Got a hold of a representative on my tablet which works and opens the game. Anyways, they are working on the problem they say they realize the problem "apologize" for the inconvenience.

Good for them. I've started spending my money on 2K and I've just about invested enough (time and money) where it doesn't make sense for me to come back. Especially to a developer who can leave the game broken for so many people for so long and just not even care to send out an email (yeah they got our emails and it is not hard to make an email list) detailing the issue.
