Game keeps crashing
Games keeps crashing as soon as the ea sign comes.I tried reinstalling, removing cache , restarting phone but nothing worked. The app and phone os are up to date.Pls help

@EA_Pulsar Of course my device meets those requirements. At first the game was working and then it stopped working out of nowhere. I never changed any requirements and everything is up to date and still I can't get the app to launch.
Despite meeting all the device requirements and keeping everything up to date, the game stopped working suddenly. To resolve this issue, try restarting your device, clearing the game's cache, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, and checking for system updates. If the problem persists, contact the game's customer support for specialized assistance.

- @EA_Solaire There's no way to retrieve your User ID if you can't launch the app? This requests makes no sense.
