Game keeps crashing
Games keeps crashing as soon as the ea sign comes.I tried reinstalling, removing cache , restarting phone but nothing worked. The app and phone os are up to date.Pls help

Every single time I attempt to load NBA Live Mobile the game instantly crashes and from what I've seen this has been going on with multiple users since September?!?! Seriously we have done every troubleshooting advice that EA recommended and even ones we can think of ourselves and to no avail.. What's going on EA? Are you ever gonna send out a patch for this or leave us hanging?? Cuz seems like you've left us all hanging by nobody getting any type if response from you guys in weeks almost months... wth EA
