Game keeps crashing
Games keeps crashing as soon as the ea sign comes.I tried reinstalling, removing cache , restarting phone but nothing worked. The app and phone os are up to date.Pls help

I have been updated the game but it didn't resolve the problem. The game closes immediately when I open the app. This problem is widely reported in comment in Google Play but it is ignored by EA. When you fix this bug?! I plays using Samsung Galaxy A31 with Android 12. This problem occurs for about 1 week.

- @EA_Pulsar The problem is the app closes immediately on startup so there is no way to get user ID. There is no error message. The game doesn't stay on long enough to do anything before closing.

Whenever I open my NBA Live, it just crashes and launches me back to my phone homescreen. It doesn't even get me to the main menu, it just crashes whenever it shows the EA Sports logo. Fix this please, I've been meaning to play NBA Live and I can't even play because of this stupid crash! This is very ridiculous.

Duh, we all have taken the steps to troubleshoot. You helluva late....
No support from EA, very little is being done, except "we are working on it" and stupid tips of troubleshooting. New season has begun., all my NBA line up is gone. Starting over! Good luck with your stupid tips! OVR down to the 60's again. I did not trade nor change anything, this is the intelligent developers. Using older device(Samsung tablet) slow!!!!!
I don't mean this is any disrespectful way, but you really need to read through the entire thread that has been going on for an entire month. These have been suggested no less than 500 times. Each and every person with an issues has tried each of these steps. I understand that you are trying to help but please read the thread first.
