Game/App Will Not Open on iPhone XS Max

Summarize your bug I just bought the new iPhone XS Max on September 22 and NBA Live Mobile was the first app I downloaded to my new phone. Unfortunately, I have not been able to open the app for longer than a split second since the initial download. I made sure that all of my software is up to date and I’ve even deleted the app and downloaded it again but nothing works. I click on the app icon and EA Sports flashes and then the app closes. I have spent A LOT of money via in-app purchases on this app and to have a new phone that it won’t even open on, it’s frustrating. Oh yeah, I contacted EA about this and someone from CS sent me a link that went over a few troubleshooting steps one can take if they have issues similar to mine. I’ve completed each one of the steps but the game still will not work. I hope and pray someone from EA sees this review and releases an update to accommodate the iPhone XS Max or whatever needs to be done to enable me to play NBA Live Mobile.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I'm not sure. I don't know if it's device specific or not.
What happens when the bug occurs? The game just closes.
What do you expect to see? Hopefully you can fix this problem so I can play the game on my new iPhone.
