Get Help in NBA Live Mobile without leaving your game

 1: Tap the Menu icon (three orange lines) on the top corner of the Home screen.

The orange hamburger icon at the top left of the app.

2: Tap the Settings icon (the gear or cog wheel).

The Settings icon in the NBA LIVE Mobile app menu.

3: Tap Help.

The Help button in the NBA LIVE Mobile Settings menu.

You’ll see the EA Help site on your browser. View help articles to see if we have an answer for you. You can also tap Contact Us at the bottom of the page to get in touch with an EA Advisor.
