Hi Solaire, is there anyway to open a case, or get the team to investigate?
Grinding for over a week to earn a card, and then not get the correct one, is frustrating lol

i have the same issue. I got 2 Lavine instead of Fox, even after spending 20 dollars in the game. It is so frustrating I dont even know what to do anymore.

- I got the same problem. I claimed the alleged Zach Lavine set the first day it got released, and got Fox from it. Today i opened the other set and again got Dearon. Will there be any compensation, bug fix or anything? Cause it really is frustrating to grind for a week and get bugged rewards. I was looking forward to that Lavine card and then this happens 😭😭😭
