I am also unable to login ; we had a team play us and cheat 3 times this week and we are top 50 only ; they hacked 1000 points with one player each time… now I’m unable to login after it had happened again right before two days ago. Same unknown error issue. I keep forgetting to screenshot the team logo; but it’s a black knight with a purple back drop they are ranked only 220ish at last check 🤔
By the most modest calculations users denied access by hackers are more than 600. As we speak that number could as high as 700-900....
Hello: I saw in the forum that many people encountered the same problem as me. I also encountered the same problem twice. The first time I couldn't load the game for about six days. At first I thought it was EA's server. The server was broken, and then I thought it might be a hacker problem after joining a new alliance. I couldn't log in to the game for about five days. After about five days, I was suddenly able to load the game, and immediately connected to FB and exited the alliance. After that, I played four more games. Today, after joining a new alliance, I encountered the same problem again. An unknown error was displayed. The APPLE ID, GAME CENTER, and FB could not load the game. I contacted the official and wrote to EA, but I got canned messages. I thought it was just me, but I didn't expect so many people here have the same problem! Can anyone find a solution? Or can we just wait until a newer version of the game is released?
