I already applied to a advisor. We are in 5 day communication. I sent my last message six hours ago and and I'm waiting for an answer. Topic tittle : Problem that can not be solved for 1 week!!!

Did you reach out to them via email? That usually takes longer than making a phone call.

2 days, My messages are not answered. I'm still waiting. 1 week, I can not enter the game.

What is the error message that you're getting? And which steps have you already taken to try and resolve it?
UPDATE:
I checked up on your case status and I can see that our Advisors have escalated this to our Specialist. However, you keep replying to that case for a status update, which means the Specialists will not get the opportunity to look into it for you.
Could you please refrain from replying to cases that have been escalated for you? This will only increase your waiting time. If you would like a status update then you can always create a new case.
