Game version: 1.3.3
Capacity (memory): 32 gb
Available (memory): 16.60 gb
Number of applications: I have 70 applications in my phone.
Modem firmware: I don't understand.
Device type and generation: SAMSUNG Galaxy Note 4
NBA Lıve Player ID: Berk
They wanted this informations, I told him.
I would suggest you to install NBA Live Mobile application on a second device, or borrow a device with NBA Live Mobile application installed from a friend.
1)Attempt to play the game on your account on a friend’s device. It is very important you ensure you are logged into your account on another machine.
2)Attempt to play the game on a friend’s account on your own device.
I did these two missions.
As a result, I tried to get into the game on my own account on another device.
But he threw me out like he was on my own device.
My friend, he could login one's own account on my device.
Finally,You wanted the NBA LIVE MOBILE ID from me.
But I do not know how to find it.
Because I can not enter the game.

What is the error message that you get when you get thrown out of the game? And at what point do you get thrown out of the game? Before, or after you've logged in?

And the problem remains if you switch to a different internet connection? Say from wi-fi to 3G? Is there perhaps another type of match that you can start first?
If both don't help then I'm afraid that account management will still be needed which I can't do from here.

I have same problem. I opened topic here as well.
I opened cases here: 28309380 and 28369092
1 week now. I can't believe.
Sometimes I can't login here to write, it's terrible as well (but first i want to play nba live)

Hi all,
Thanks for your reports. I've got some further questions for you so that we can look into this.
- Are you all having trouble logging in specific to a GMAIL account, or does it also happen with your IOS or anonymous account?
- What happens when the game loads? Do you immediately get kicked out, or are you able to select a specific menu first?
- Are you getting any error messages?
- Have you checked our android troubleshooting guide?
I will send this up for investigation once I have obtained further information from you.

I can't get into the game either. Right after I login, the loading circle spins in the middle of the screen and then freezes. Then the game crashes. I can see the live events page before it crashes. Almost my whole league cannot get into the game without it crashing

I'm currently looking to get the following questions answered:

-All accounts including Facebook, gmail, game center
-I'm just wondering did our league get suspended. Most of my members got kicked out of the game when a new lvl tournament started.
- we immediately get kicked out.
-no error message. After you login, it crashes back to your devices home page

Is it possible my whole league got banned from the game? It's seems to be my entire league and no one else

I cannot find any account ban status on your account, so I don't think that is the case. Could you try one thing for me though; I noticed that your email address isn't verified and I would like to test if this is causing the login issue.
You should be able to verify your email by logging in with your EA account at the following page:
https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/aboutme/index?gameId=ebisu&locale=en_US

Are you able to search my in game name for a possible suspension?
i am the commissioner of the league. I am linked to the email [edit: email address removed] and my Facebook profile for the game

I verified my email and I still can't login
- Anonymous9 years agoHello good sirs, I think I am also experiencing the same bug/technical issue.
1. All my other accounts are working on my device except for one.
2. The app force closed 3-5 seconds after login-in.
3. I tried to open it on other device and still forced close.
4. No error message, the app just forced close.
This is the screenshot before the app forced close. It loads 3-5 seconds and then crash.
