@EA_Barry i did all troubleshooting steps, and still same.
is there a problem with my account? because on my second account it runs normally even on the same platform.

Looks like you're stuck on Training Camp from the picture. This is a known issue being looked into here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Season-6-training-camp-bug/m-p/10852680#M4576
