According to cited rules on the site, yes, you dont necessarily need to be a content creator, but It's just not available rn, so the next time forms are available , idk if the rules might have changed.

      The ability to become a game changer probably is deeper than the site seems to suggest. I'd rather wait for the next admissions for any comment.
