In the Rising Star Campaign

I have all 3 Monthly Masters but I can't finish the next to the last event in the Rising Star Campaign

Are you able to get credit if you create a new lineup with them in the starting lineup?

I have them in auction right now. Gave up on getting a solution for this problem. I'll try when the auction expires
