Does anyone else with ios12 having issues with the game opening?

My iPhone Xs cant open Madden or NBA Live Mobile and the best we get is 1 response from the community manager over a weeklong span, also at the tail end of one of this seasons first campaigns. Whack
I’m giving this game till the end of the week. If they don’t fix it and give us all say, 5-10 million in coins I’m never downloading an EA game again. I like spending money on games I enjoy so this is a deal breaker for me. I can’t even open the apps anyway so why download. I’ll be playing NBA2K19 by Friday night. This has to be the most unprofessional company Ive dealt with. I wish I could take back the money I’ve spent here.
