Community ManagerThanks everyone for confirming the issue now seems to be resolved.
I have no info currently regarding potentially high battery usage or compensation for lost play time.
@EA_Barry Scratch the compensation , this app is frying our batteries it's worse then before when the game didn't launch. This bug causes damage on these brand new devices and it's inexcusable.
Let the people in charge now about this issue and get them to release an app update ASAP.
Nothing is Resolved.
