Does anyone else with ios12 having issues with the game opening?

Thanks everyone for confirming the issue now seems to be resolved.

I have no info currently regarding potentially high battery usage or compensation for lost play time.

It is , it's unplayable unless you want to damage your battery.

@EA_Barry the game is crashing on my iPhone XS Max again.....and it’s still getting VERY hot when it was working. I could only play 5 minutes or so at a time.....what’s the deal???
