The jersey should be granted if both Masters are completed and jerseys from those are claimed. Our EA Advisors should be able to grant the bonus jersey to highlight the achievement. Please submit a missing items case via in-game and they should be able to check you've completed both Masters sets.

@AgisTournas I think I've seen a post like yours before. What do you mean a secret reward? Does it happen every MM campaign?

  @AgisTournas I've completed the second set to 104 but I didn't get the reward too.
  @EA_Blueberry can you confirm that this secret reward really exists?

    I can confirm this reward exists, from screenshots on the NBA Live Mobile Official Discord. I have also contacted EA Help and they replied "It seems like an apparent bug in the game which is causing the non-accreditation of game progression even after completing them" and told me to post here.
