Link guest account to google play

You can back up your game by linking it to Google Play from the Settings menu in-game. What do you see when you go to  your Settings menu?

Interesting. When the option to connect is missing from the settings, it tends to be because the date of birth was set to under 18 when the account was being created. Some EA mobile games are age-gated, meaning we ask for a date of birth, and child users play a version of the game which does not include social features. If you are 18+ and want to update your DOB, you will need to contact EA Help support and ask for an update. Once they've verified you're over 18, they'll get that sorted for you asap. These links will help you gather your User ID and send in a help ticket:
