    Hey there! We'll make sure you get the LIVE Pass. Have you tried restarting your device so your account re-syncs with the servers? Double-check your Apple purchase history to verify it was fully completed. If your account requires another account to approve purchases, please check your primary account too.

    Please help MEEEE! I purchased the 1.99 cash and stamina special which is supposed to refill. I purchased it last night and it worked last night but then I went to go check this morning to get my cash and stamina and it still showed the 1.99 like I never even bought it... I’m getting robbed!! Please help!!

      It is supposed to refresh daily as there's a limit of 1 per day. It's a one-time use.

        So ur tellin me I paid $2 just for 200 cash and 300 stamina? That’s it? I don’t come back everyday for the same deal? What does resets everyday mean then?

    im having trouble watching ads to get w's for a promo, it says there are no directs offers currently available, objectives have been updated and watched one ad and I couldn't watch anymore ads even tho it says I could watch 5 more, I tried uninstalling logging out, restarting nothing works, I NEED THESE W'S SO I CAN GET 101 ovr plssssssssssss help

    My problem is that I can watch ads to earn rewards, it says that ads are unavailable, it was never like this. This all happened after the update of NBA Live. I have tried contacting easports 4 times, but my problem is still not fixed. I have tried every different possibility to fix my problem but it won't work.
