Sorry to hear you're having trouble locating your account. When our mobile games are played on guest mode, the data is saved locally to the device and does not transfer across to another device. In the event the game is uninstalled from the device, progress will be lost. It's encouraged to sync up your progress to the cloud by signing in with Apple or Google.
