missing LEGACY DIRK from VETERAN PACK

Same man.. So annoying...

The dirk is nowhere to be found, not in the unclaimed items, not in my team, not anywhere

Really hope ea fixes this and gives me my dirk back

This happened to me, but worse... Besides not getting the dirk, I can't go and see my team or my items... When I press my team, it goes to a specific player... I could press back, but it goes back to the player.

actually, aside from this, i cant click continue after opening packs...i cant also open cards in packs using the "reveal" button.. i need to click each cards to open them

Every time I try to play "Road to Legacy Dirk" event, the game is shut down. Yesterday, I couldn't play the event finally, meaning I couldn't get Legacy Token. And today, it is the same.

Is this my own problem? Or your technical problem?

I’ve been playing the reset since it came out. The first times (2 times) i played the Dirk Nowitzki Live Event, it worked. But now, when i try to play it, it crashes right before it shows my lineup. I want to get my Dirk to a 94 OVR. And missing a day of that event is not gonna help. Is there a way to fix it?

@EA_Barry i just want to make it clear that my original problem was the missing Dirk (missing Veteran Pack). the Road to Legacy Dirk is actually just second to that problem...
