Missing player purchased in AH

Summarize your bug I bought an 80 OVR Bledsoe for my lockdown lineup for around 175k. But he doesn't show up in my inventory or lineup.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After winning a bid, we should be able to claim the player
What happens when the bug occurs? After winning the bid, under "my bids" it said "you won" on the card, then when I refreshed the player disappeared. I went to "my lineups" and "view all items" and the 80 OVR PG Bledsoe wasn't there.
What do you expect to see? Either the player in my items or my coins back
