Missing players

After season 8 update I lost several of my top player. They were all from wings of hope and fight night. Customer service says post here....

Hi all,

If you're missing some of your players, please send me a DM with the following information so we can look into this a bit further:

The type of device you're currently playing on
Your NBA Live Mobile User ID - you can find this with the steps here (please do not post this information publicly in this thread as this ID is private account info)
Which players you are missing
How these players were obtained - did you receive them through a promo, event, etc.

For all that are complaining about losing their players:

Remember that you can use players from previous seasons only in your MultiYear lineup.
