Missing players
After season 8 update I lost several of my top player. They were all from wings of hope and fight night. Customer service says post here....

If you're missing some of your players, please send me a DM with the following information so we can look into this a bit further:
- The type of device you're currently playing on
- Your NBA Live Mobile User ID - you can find this with the steps here (please do not post this information publicly in this thread as this ID is private account info)
- Which players you are missing
- How these players were obtained - did you receive them through a promo, event, etc.

I have never seen players vanish and ive played since season 3. sounds like a scam lol just saying
Thats what updates are for they just mess things up no improvement to season 9 just more hic ups losing people's players
