MVP Live Pass maxed out at lvl 25

I’ve got the live pass premium and MVP. The Free and Premium have been completed and the items have been given to me. The MVP however won’t go past 2,500 points even though the tracker says I have the full 3,000. It’s only the third day of the month so maybe it doesn’t unlock for a bit???

I recently got to 3K live pass points but stopped claiming rewards at around 2.5K for Adebayo’s pathway. Anyone else?

@EA_Blueberry I have the same situation sir, I've spend my allowance for a week for 2 passes, this it unacceptable for me this sucks. I hope thos will fixed immediately cause the money isn't a simple thing that the game can just get by not giving the purchased items.

I have a android Phone and i can't claim the last 4 or 5 things in the mvp live pass. I already purchased premium and MVP not too long ago and I need that 102 Bam

I just bought the Live Pass MVP in NBA LIve Mobile and it only gave me 25 of the 30 rewards. I had bought Live Pass a couple of weeks ago and I had finished it to reward 30. It should have given me all 30 rewards and it will not. I logged out multiple times, I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. Nothing is happening. I am user SuperNTG and I am using my personal phone/guest. I just want something done. I spent 20 dollars and expect to get my level 30 rewards for it.
PS If there is a number I can call or IT I can email, please let me know.
