Are you still having some trouble getting stuck on stretching after doing these steps? I have steps for Android and iOS depending on which type you play on.

Hey there, sorry I missed your last reply before the weekend. I just got back in today.
What type of device are you on and can you confirm you have the latest software version for it?
I take it you've tried deleting the game and re-installing the app? As long as you don't play on guest mode your progress will be saved.
Do you remember what you last did prior to this happening? Did you make any changes to your device, download any new apps, change network settings, etc.?
