My players disappeared from my bench

Question

Hi, I downloaded the game yesterday and put in some time playing it. I purchased 3 bundles already with my own money, along with multiple pro packs and had dozens and dozens of gold players on my bench. Many were in the low 80's, and plenty more were quality pieces in the 70's, so there was a ton of value on my bench. This morning, when I was playing it, I noticed that all of my players from all of my benches had disappeared completely. I'm really upset because I spent Around 70 dollars giving my team a head start only to have it ripped away from me. As you can see, I am also a Legendary Rewards member on Madden Mobile, so I have obviously spent a ton of time and money on EA, and I'm really frustrated at this bad start to NBA Live Mobile. Please, please can you help?

Hey there,

Sorry to hear about your loss of players. &nbsp;I have had it happen a few times on Madden Mobile but after I contacted support they were able to find out where they went. &nbsp;A lot of times, for me personally I end up adding people to sets before i set a new lineup and because i go through my game so quickly just to get sets done.

I would suggest contacting phone support so they can review the account itself and see why they went missing and where they went. &nbsp;They will be able to tell you if they were sold or added to a set etc.
