Nba Live Mobile - Game Crash Lose Energy

Question

Game Is Crashing When ever I try to start any event . I lost almost 800+ Energy Plus spending my 300 bucks to restore it back and every time I play it crashes and I end up losing 30 energy or more depending on what event I’m trying to play . Give me back my energy and fix your game . There nothing wrong with my phone I’m on iPhone 11 and no I’m not having no connection issues

Same problem ever since the season reset. I've done ALL of the troubleshooting but it's not my account or device. It's the platform.

EA - can we please get a stable release of this game so we stop wasting all of our stamina? I have to watch every ad every day to make up for what I'm losing, but could be gaining even more if I could actually use that at NEW stamina instead of replacement. It's a freaking nightmare this season.

@DJ-Aronim And don't get me started again about the other problems. It just randomly starts malfunctioning, the running then juking thing still happens at times and I still have players stop playing defense or rebounding FAR too frequently. It's like the game works for a few minutes and starts glitching, and the device is NOT overheating.
