    Late reply, I was out on some personal time off but wanted to update this thread that it was fixed shortly after my previous reply. 

    If you are missing any coins from the auction house and it's been longer than 24 hours, please don't hesitate to submit a case via in-game for assistance from our Support teams.

Hey! I noticed you were submitting cases as codes and promotions for the category. Please try selecting Missing Items/Content to see if we can get a specialist to review your bidding history.

Can you walk me through the process on how you bid. Is it by total random when you bid on an item, get outbid, and you wait on the coins to be returned or do you start bidding on other items while you're waiting for the coins from the other bid to return?

In my years at EA I've been on the front lines looking at cases like this in the past and I can confidently say most of the time (when I mean most, I mean 99% of the time) the coins are returned and usually the players reporting this have a high coin total to where they simply lose track of what's going out and what's coming back in. I don't have visibility on your bid history so it's possible you're that rare case, so I can only advise to continue reaching out to the Advisors for assistance while I reach out to the NBA Live Mobile team to let them know this is impacting the community.

The more cases we get the more account examples we can share with the team to understand what's triggering this to happen though, so always report these situations here when you can so we can gather data from the community.

@EA_Blueberry I'll see if I can figure how to choose the category. It's early in the season. I got my first 3M then used some to bid on Tatum at 2.1 starting bid so I'm sure I didn't lose track.
1. I spammed the bid button quickly everytime I'm out bid.. Got resource download error, lost the bid after logging in and lost the coins as well.
2.Bid on 81 ovr CP3 which was just about 350k. My 3M became 700K while the bis is still going on.
3.Bid in 85 ovr Kawhi. I tried to be careful. waited for the get bid back message to come out bwfore pressing. Lost the bid and didn't get back the coins again. The highest I have saved at this point was just 4M so I'm very sure I didn't lose track of my coins.

    If you're experiencing an issue similar to what @Mcmondray mentioned above where you bid on items and the coins aren't returned, I need you to direct message myself and @EA_Joz the following details so we can forwarded it along to the team for investigation.

    • NBA LIVE User ID (Go to settings in game and it's in the top right corner. DO NOT SHARE THIS ON THE FORM BOARD IN PUBLIC)
    • Device type you play on (ex: iPhone 10, Samsung Galaxy S20)
    • Date and time you placed the bid and the coins never returned
    • Coin amount
    • The item you were bidding on

    We'll pass these reports along to the QA team. Thank you!

I didn't even buy the and they disappeared my coins left only around 5,4k coins. My 7,4kcoins are gone.They took 3,7k and so on and i didn't take the player and i was left with 5,4k coins . I already restaring my phone and re-login to the game and still same nothing happen to my coins. I will wait for your reply.

      Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Please give me coins back
