NBA Live Mobile Award Winners Glitch

Alright so for literally the past month I've needed collectible to get award winner curry and that is all star mvp. I've gotten every other single collectible at LEAST once in that time if not multiple.. I've recently seen on a thread that the all star mvp is common, and I was wondering if my game is glitched because when award winners is out its literally all I play/ waste my stamina on. Am I the unluckiest person in the world? Or is my game glitched.
Side note: I've unlocked supremacy lebron like 2 weeks ago.. And that's 20 pieces at 10 stamina per play so...

    I've been trying since the launch of Award Winners to get a Sixth Man Trophy. I've pulled multiples of every other trophy. I've done a ton exchanges also. I pretty much only log in every day to get free packs from Daily Shootaround, and to burn energy on Award Winners. I spent money, and was heavy into the game at first. Terrible pack odds killed it for me.

    I'm feelin you brah! Been doing award winners live event relentlessly! Haven't missed an event from the launch. I'm talking even in the middle of the night. Have over 800+ pack pulls for this event as well as exchanges b u t to no avail. Support continues to brush me off. So I just purchased Iverson in that position, whom I'm in awe of, and just do the event to see if it ever comes. I personally think its a glitch. SMH. But they won't even look into it.

    How about sixth man, i have everything except sixth man. I even have all star, but no sixth man. I tried a lot of things like play as jamal, use sixth man winning players to play it, but it just won't give it to me. Please help me

    I think it is on sportsmanship at the end of the game if you are winning let the clock run out and you should get it but I need allstar MVP

    Ok this may sound impossible but ever since I started the game I've got every single collectible except sixth 

    man and all star mvp so that means I haven't got them for a year and a half or something like that' it's rediculous

    I'm starting to believe some people are just not gonna get it. There's no way it should be that long. And seems to me that they want it that way. I have called support numerous times about it. They just keep saying go to the forums. Well we are here at the forums, now what?

    I'm having the same problem except it just won't give me sportsmanship. Or the last collectible I need for lebron supremacy set, rebounding. I swear I've played for 5 weeks now 12 times a week each event easy.

    I have no idea,played about 150 times on award winners and nothing but dups,need sixth man and dont have any luck in this game whatsoever,played 5-7 hundted live events and have 0 players to show for it EA needs to fix this ASAP,it's supposed to br fun not a headache week after week

    The problem got me too. But I got the All-Star MVP and all Sportsmanship for the players. The problem is, I DIDN'T EVEN GET A SINGLE SIXTH MAN AWARD FROM THE FIRST TIME I PLAYED THE GAME (I played the game since August 2016 maybe, I forgot it). What is this? Is this the bad luck of me or what? Help EA please, everyone gets the problem too but with different collectible. Is it (the bad luck) applied to everyone, random collectible picks, or bugged? I didn't even get the Box Out Collectible for Supremacy LeBron for almost 2 months maybe. Please, we need your solutions Our Advisor, lol. Thx before.
