NBA LIVE MOBILE freezing at tutorial loading screen

Question

I just started NBA LIVE MOBILE - or didn't start. When I click resume/play on the first tutorial, the music dies out after a bit and it stays on Stretching... Downloading. I've tried restarting my device, delete the app, and sign in different ways. Is this my wifi,&nbsp;or is this something I can fix now? Thanks!
