NBA LIVE MOBILE guest account progress transfering problems

So, I have been playing nba live for a while now (as guest btw) and I have spent around 15 Euros in it, but now I've got a new phone and I'm trying to move my progres from my old phone to my new phone. I read many articles online and all that bullsh** and I was told there was at the game settings a llink account button, and there isn't, i really want to keep playing the game and I've seen many other people with the same problem, but EA seems to ignore and keep saying the same thing. I would really enjoy if anyone could help me.
