NBA Live Mobile is running slow on tablet

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Android Tablet
Summarize your bug My bugs prevent me from playing my games because it's so slow. I turned on and off my tablet and the WiFi but it doesn't work. My games are very slow and I lost rewards due to this issue.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go into my games/or account.
What happens when the bug occurs? Players moves very slow and missing shots, blocks, and rewards to my games. What do you expect to see? 💯 percent
What do you expect to see? I understand due to the COVID19.  There's a restraint on the abilities and progress to help with this situation.  Please do the best you can, as fast as you can to help.  Thanks.

    Tough to play a game when it's running real slow and you're trying to time shots, let's see what we can do to fix that for you.

    First, what is the specific type of tablet you're playing on and has it always been slow like this or only as of recently? 

    Second, do you have plenty of space freed up on your device's memory? When games experience performance issues, it could be related to low memory on the device as it's struggling to run all the apps and services in the background. 

    Lastly, do you have the latest software update? We have some steps below that are useful in fixing similar issues like what you're experiencing. Let me know if they help or not!

    yes all of my updates are legit.  As far the memory on my tablet is concerned.  My tablet is new.  Yes I have children. So there are other apps on my tablet.  I will go into my tablet and check the space factor, do thank you for the update.  My tablet is an Android tablet just bought 3 weeks ago.

    Just wanted to update you on the situation and I completed the troubleshooting task below for the Android tablet.  No results so far.  I wondering if it's just the type of device it is, but not sure.  Thank you for responding the first time and I hope we could complete this task.  I love this game and the competitiveness of the individuals that makes this game so wonderful.  I hope to hear from you soon.

    Still having issues with game performance and bugs in leagues.  I tried the troubleshooting tips like I mentioned in my previous posts and replies.  No dice...  I don't know what else to do as far as what to expect next.  Can I get someone to do something about this please? Thanks.

    @abrielwise Do you know what the actual model of the tablet is? I'm concerned it might not be meeting the minimum system requirements to run the game. :\
