NBA live mobile login problem using Apple ID

Yesterday I was happily playing my NBA live mobile but today I tried to log in using Apple ID and it says we could not find any linked account. Can someone help me to solve this?

    Hey there! Are you sure you're logging into the correct Apple account before logging into the game? Are you able to login via Facebook instead?
