NBA Live mobile players are losing millions of coins

In the internet I have seen that players bid om the auction house and they don't know if they won or lost the auction because the card they bid for doesn't appear to tell you to collect it. This happened to me yesterday but I was fortunate enough to get my coins back after I lost a bid. EA, can you please check this out and thank you.
