NBA Live Mobile Season 5 - LIVE Pass Not Unlocking Rewards

Anyone know why I got it and it just isn’t giving me anytning on it EA_Blueberry: Changed post title to improve visibility

This has happened to me as well.

Premium pass not paying out rewards and mm set won’t allow it to be claimed either.

if I end up missing out on Iverson I’m going to be upset. Only reason I play the game.

I have followed trouble shoot procedure and still the same.

this sucks

I bought the live pass yesterday, and everything was going fine until today. My pass leveled up and it only unlocked for the standard edition pass not for the premium

live pass. Can you please help me

    @lukapratljacic im having the same issue with this live pass its stuck on 200 for what i payed for...why pay for something if we can't even use it whats going on EA is this a monthly situation with live pass c'mon after 5 season you guys shouldn't be having simple glitches...this is a bug report technical and general discussion all in one

      Same here. 200 and that's it. No use for restarting phone or reinstalling game. How this issue was solved in previous times?

        Same happened to me

        Gave it 24 hours

        Rebooted my phone

        Uninstalled the App

        Reinstalled the App

        STILL NOT WORKING !!!!!!!!
