NBA Live Mobile Season 5 - LIVE Pass Not Unlocking Rewards

Anyone know why I got it and it just isn’t giving me anytning on it EA_Blueberry: Changed post title to improve visibility

When did you purchase your LIVE PASS and have you tried restarting your device since then?

@EA_Blueberry Just today 3 hours ago, sorry i put my ID in public, yes I did restart my device still the sam..I use my friends device to purchase for my account

    Thanks. Can you try deleting the app and re-install it? That can help push transactions through that are delayed to the servers. I've seen this happen right after a recent purchase and it will correct itself out. Can you let me know if they don't show up for you 24 hours from now?

        @acebooalfonso To be clear, do you not have access to the LIVE PASS at all (showing you didn't purchase it) or are the rewards unable to be claimed?
