I believe it has not been announced yet, but if you live in Canada you can get the game.

I got nba live mobile and I'm in usa but know it saying in need a update and I can't update it or play can anyone help me
to update the game with an Apple, yu need to log on the apple id you got the game with, and if it is an apk, go to this link to help you http://bit.ly/NbaLiveUpdate (This is not anyone i know, so no self-promotion, just found this video)
