nba network required error

My Nba live mobile has been saying network required but I am already connected to a wifi and the only one that cannot connect was nba live so what should I do?I already reinstalled the game several times but it does not work.

What is your OS version?

Do you see the same error when connecting via Mobile data?

my device is Iphone 6 ios 10.2.1 and when using mobile data it works but wifi, it does not but I do not think it is my wifi that is having an issue because I could still browse the web and play other online games.

My device is android and my wifi is very speed wifi.Other apps are working from wifi like clash of clans .
