Network required problem with wifi

Hi,  I have not play nba live on android phone with my wifi for 4 days. But i can play with mobile data. What is the problem?  Note:I try all solution.

If you have been able to connect via Wi-Fi in the past, try just turning your router off for a minute and then power it back on and retry when the router is fully booted up.

Hi, my problem has continued and while i play other EA game (need for speed), but i cannot nba live mobile.

I need help.
