Network required problem with wifi

Hi, I have not play nba live on android phone with my wifi for 4 days. But i can play with mobile data. What is the problem? Note:I try all solution.

Hi, my problem has continued and while i play other EA game (need for speed), but i cannot nba live mobile.

Do you see the same error when connecting via Mobile data?

its always stuck at "ready to tip off" and then a second "Network Required" pop up and im already connected to 5G wifi. wifi works on other game but nbalivemobile don't. and i already did all the solution and still not woking im using Cherry Mobile Flare S8, 3G ram 32G rom, Android 9 Mediatek Helio p23
