Thanks, have you checked that your device is fully up to date?
You can check that your device is fully updated with these steps:
Settings > About phone > System updates
- @EA_Solaire Yup I literally updated it this afternoon
- @EA_Solaire Yes, the latest version is used
Its been nearly a month, since a new update came to the game. And since then, the game is totally incompatible in my phones. I have two phones, both of which are android, Android 10 and the other one is Android 11. In both of them, i go to the Play store, and it shows me the app/game is no longer compatible in my device, and when i open the app and see the About This Game category, at the very end it says the game wont work on my device. So im pretty much sure that the game will only work on devices whose OS is Android 12 or higher, but, to be exactly sure, what is the exact minimum OS required for the game to play, since it does not work for Android 10 & 11 versions. Im going to buy a new phone soon, which is an Android too, but i need to know the exact minimum OS required for me to play NBALM. All i need to know is what is the exact minimum OS required, e.g Android 12 and over.
Thanks,
MysticTheGamer

A miracle has happened. I downloaded the game from Google Play today. All previously purchased players are in place. I am infinitely glad. Thanks to EA Sports - @EA_Solaire It's working again.
Thanks a lot
