NO SHaQ?????!!!

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Apple iPhone
Summarize your bug i had just won the game for the 106 ovr shaq ir embiid in the campaign just as it ended but i didnt recieve the pack!!!!!!!
How often does the bug occur? Rarely (0% - 9%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? idk only EA can
What happens when the bug occurs? i loose something i grinded 10hrs for!!!
What do you expect to see? i hope thy guve me that pack!!!!!! PLS!!!!! SO SADDDDDD

    @dystonrangaId suggest you to go to settings, then click on help. Then to contact us and define your issue with appropriate screenshots if any. Cite it as a missing items issue, and make sure to not grind last minute on promos as the packs are usually not received.

    @dystonrangaId suggest you to go to settings, then click on help. Then to contact us and define your issue with appropriate screenshots if any. Cite it as a missing items issue, and make sure to not grind last minute on promos as the packs are usually not received.
