None of my players are hitting shots

Product: NBA Live Mobile
Platform:Android Phone
Summarize your bug Each and every one of my players in my games aren't making their shots when I shoot jump shots. Please help and find the reasons why. I have a 103 overall lineup.
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the games on my Android phone.
What happens when the bug occurs? Glitches
What do you expect to see? I don't know

I have a 103 overall team and none of my players are hitting shots and making layups.  It also seems that the level of difficulty is much higher than normal especially on the arena game and show down games.  If your  gonna make the level of difficulty higher than normal than make my players on the team the same and the player I'm actually playing with not.  Thanks.

    Thus needs immediate attention sir. It's a new problem. I've texted you privately for the same. Now I know people are having the same problem.
    Wide open three, dunk, layup etc are missing with stats 110+
    Dynamic difficulty is being really unfair.
    Please look into the matter asap.

    There was a change for Dungeons and Basketball, are you seeing this in other events that you can specify which ones?

    Any chance you can record some game footage and attach it? Not required but makes it easier for the team to understand where shots are being missed.

    @EA_Blueberry I have DMed you about It, and yes you can have video footage give me some time and I'll trim the video recordings for you and be back here, maybe get some more evidence in the meanwhile

    @TheScholar. As soon as you inform me which formats are supported here and what is the file limit, cuz I'm somehow not able to see them., I'll send you the videos by converting.
