Try these steps real quick to reset your advertising ID and then re-launch the game. Let me know if it helps. 👍
Try going to Settings --> Privacy --> Advertising --> Reset Advertising Identifier.
Please fix this issue, log out doesn't help

The team sent out grants to players. This is what you'll see in game.
It seems like this issue will not be fixed
I still can not get any adds. It just says unavailable this has only been happening for about 2 or 3 weeks now. I've done everything ive read about and no one at any of the EA HELP won't even respond back to me .I had an update earlier . i thought it would help but it just made my game a little laggy and slow. I don't see any other changes .it making me angry I'm probably falling behind the rest of the crowd. 3 campains I haven't been able to fully participate in. And going ! I NEED HELP !
Ads still don't show. Either shows a black screen either throws you back to the store either does nothing at all. I've already two MM tokens that I need to upgrade my Master this month.
