Pack bug

I got a conference finals pack, but when I try to open it it kicks me out and displays that an error has appeared. Can't get onto anything because I can't bypass that pack. What should I do?

    I doubt whether they try to fix the error anymore. 
    I don’t think that it takes more than half a month for a company to resolve one problem.
