Pack bug

I got a conference finals pack, but when I try to open it it kicks me out and displays that an error has appeared. Can't get onto anything because I can't bypass that pack. What should I do?

If you're still having trouble with this error, we'll need some additional information to have this investigated. Please send me a DM with the following information so we can pass this along to be looked into further:

  • The exact reward you're trying to claim
  • The type of device you're currently playing on
  • Your NBA Live Mobile User ID - you can find this with the steps here (please do not post this information publicly in this thread as this ID is private account info)

    Hi @0ji,

    Is this still happening now? In the past this issue occurred while we were pushing updates on the server backend which should be resolved now.
