Playoffs event

Apparently some players have been able to play both Eastern and Western live events. 
When I started this event I could pick either East or West. I saw someone bring this up on the forum but the topic was closed because it wasn’t in English.
So my question is do y’all have it like me (being able to play only one conference) or do y’all have it like in the screenshot?
