@frlm70xd3ly2 Thank you for contacting them. We'll make sure you receive the Live Pass if you were charged for it. Please have a proof of purchase ready from your Apple account. Contact an EA Advisor at our Help site by selecting "Contact Us" at the top to file a case.

@EA_Blueberry Ok, apple support already refunded me so can I still get the live pass if I buy it again?
