Purchase issue?

Hello, 

I just recently got the “live ultimate pass” and in there, in the “ultimate store” I purchased the modes trio bundle, at the time I was only level 8 or 9 whenever I did it, i went today to go redeem my tokens but it turned out I did not have the x5 championship ring tokens, nor the x5 Showdown token, I did however receive the x5 PvP tokens, did I potentially not get rewarded the other ones because I was too low of a level and still didn’t have season mode and showdown mode unlocked? And if so how can I make sure I actually get my rewards because I did purchase them
